Have you ever tried some that taste like dough in soup? I tell you, it is very tasty. Although dough and soup do not sound so good together it still does not mean it doesn’t taste good. The dough we use isn’t dough, its dough we use to make wonton. I will be teaching you step by step how to make this delicious wonton wrap soup.

Ingredients

  • ½ packet wonton wrap
  • 5 pieces cabbage leaves
  • ½ pack enoki mushroom
  • 5 pieces button mushroom
  • 1 large tomato
  • A handful of cilantro
  • 2 eggs
  • Seasoning: 1 tsp salt, 1 pinch white pepper, ½ tsp
    sesame oil

Directions

  1. Cut tomatoes into pieces.
  2. Cut button mushrooms into small pieces.
  3. Cut enoki mushrooms into halves.
  4. Slice cabbage into small pieces.
  5. Put oil in the pan and add tomatoes.
  6. Add two bowls of water, cook to boil.
  7. Add button mushrooms, enoki mushroom, and
    cabbage.
  8. Cook for 1 minute.
  9. Add salt and white pepper to taste.
  10. Cut wonton wrap into small squares.
  11. Add wonton wrap into the boiling soup.
  12. Cook for one minute.
  13. Beat the eggs and add them into the soup.
  14. Stir thoroughly.
  15. Add sesame oil.
  16. Pour into a bowl and add cilantro.

Finally, your wonton soup is done. Serve immediately before a puff. Did you know that the wonton wrap is thin and smooth? Enjoy!
