Have you ever given up on something? My friend Sonny has never done so. He tries his best at everything he does, and his actions inspire me to follow suit.

Sonny has a joke for me every time I see him. He makes my day when I’m sad or feeling depressed. He cheers me up with his smile. Having him as a friend is a thing to be thankful for. He is great at everything he does.

Sonny loves wearing his red and black NASA jacket that he got at the NASA gift shop. He has black hair that looks like a koala’s ear hair. He is also often seen wearing a Pokemon shirt and loves shorts or sweat pants that are usually blue or black. Sometimes, he wears a brown cap that looks like a bear, and that always make him look very sporty.

Sonny inspires me to make someone’s day with just simple actions like cracking a joke. I remember once, when one of our classmates was really upset, he went up to tell him a really funny joke. Though it didn’t seem a lot, but the classmate felt better after that. Sonny is very friendly. He never hurts or screams at anyone.

Sonny is a year older than me, and he will be graduating from school earlier than me. I hope we can still keep in touch even though we will not be in the same school. I will not want to lose a friend like Sonny.
