Do you sometimes ever wonder what you want to be when you grow up? I want to be a pilot so much, but I also dream of being a pianist, doctor, teacher, and way more! Well out of all of them, I choose to be a pianist, because they are really fun! I also want to be a pianist because then I can make people feel how I feel just using the piano.

A pianist needs three things to be a pianist. To start, a pianist must love his job. They need to find the fun in the activity. Or else, they will not enjoy it. Also, a pianist must know the basics. They need to know how to play both the left hand and right hand, scales, major and minor, and fingering. Otherwise, they will have trouble playing it. Finally, a pianist must know which note to play at which time. If not, the song will be a catastrophe!!!

I think I will do great at this job for three reasons. First, I am patient. I have worked on three songs and could have never have done it without patience. I also have experience in a concert as a musician because I participated in the Sinnott talent show. Finally, I have the bond that I need with it. It feels like you are connected to it and can feel it even if I am half the world away from it!

I cannot wait until I grow up! I plan to do all sorts of things. Maybe I will play one of Singapore’s NDP songs. Maybe I will even create a Singapore NDP song! How about you?
